Guest Teacher Eric Giambrone All Day Tuesday & Workshop on Saturday!
Having grown up right outside New York City, Eric has lived in many different locations, including Colorado, Boston, Pennsylvania, Copenhagen, Denmark, and now Vermont. He has traveled extensively throughout Europe, Mexico, and Central America, and plans on getting to South America and Asia as soon as he can pull it off. A traveler at heart, Eric gets his inspiration from nature, sacred sounds, universal geometry, visionary artwork, and transformative community. He sees yoga in everything and tries to apply it to all aspects of his conscious self. Eric holds a Master of Arts from Tufts University in Urban & Environmental Policy & Planning, and currently owns his own company called Ecotopian Enterprises, which works primarily with music & arts festivals on sustainability consulting and planning, waste management, and water infrastructure coordination. Envision Festival brings Eric down to the southern Pacific coast of Costa Rica each February.
Eric found yoga in 2010 when he was sick with Lyme disease, and it was a major medicine on his path to recovery. On the mat, Eric has a playful dancy practice, that grooves to smooth beats of world music and eclectic sounds. He teaches Lotus Flow, a type of vinyasa that has order and yet leaves much room for creative flow. The course of the class allows energy to flow up the spine along the route of the seven traditional chakras of the body, starting at the Root and extending all the way up through the heart and eventually up through the Third Eye and into the Crown. His classes and fun and athletic, and never the same. He loves to weave in lots of back bending, twisting and inversions.
INSPIRED YOGA'S PRICE LIST IS UP AND WILL BE EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2014.
THERE IS A LIMIT TO TWO PURCHASES AT CURRENT RATES BEFORE NEW RATES ARE IN EFFECT.
